Eldaniz Babayev
i’m the founder and ceo of opensense, where we build physical-use models: one foundation model that can control any machine, from a $250 lerobot arm to a $50M robot factory.
before that i was a research fellow at put irim and a research intern at ucf crcv. in between, i led ai work at seed-stage companies and learned how startups actually run before starting my own.
my research sits in geometric understanding, 3D computer vision, motion planning, and whole body control.
off the clock i break and fix linux on my own machines. i’ve contributed to rust tui tools, built embedded linux images, and spent more weekends with yocto than i’d admit.
